The Coaches are supposed to help the team be ready for the upcoming game. They are in charge of helping the players get ready whether it may be changing the playbook to adapt to the players strong suits or helping the player adapt to the plays. During a game the head coach has a gameplan to win, he calls the plays most of the time. After the game the coach looks back at the previous game to better the team for the next game. The main coach positions are the head coach, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, the special teams coordinator, and the assistant head coach/running back coach. The head coach is Doug Pederson, the offfensive coordinator is Mike Groh, the defensive coordinator is Jim Schwartz, the special teams coorinator is Dave Fipp, and the assistant head coach/running back coach is Duce Staley.
